Moving!
There have been quite a few times in my grown up life that I have really needed my mommy. I am sure that I really needed her when I was a little girl. She bandaged my finger when I cut it (but not without first asking, "does it need to be cut off?" or "are ya dying?" Today, I don't need any bandaids, but I sure do call her a lot. I have just moved into my first house, I am now a missionary, I have moved two states north, and I just need my mommy sometimes. I think I have finally accepted the fact that I will always need her. I call her all the time to ask about the silliest stuff. She is mom, she must know everything. I may still think she is crazy sometimes, but it doesn't mean she doesn't know best!

I agree, moms are great!
Love you and your new kitchen.
ooh fun, a Carter blog. Can't wait to read your comments and feel like I'm peaking in on you guys.
The new kitchen looks great! I am so proud for you and Ryan! Yes, I can hear your mother's voice as you ask her questions. Your replies for her were right on target. Thanks for the blog; this is the first time this old grandma has done something like this!
Love ya,
Grandma
Hurray! Another blog to read! Can't wait to follow you along in Kansas.
You know Ray and I are becoming pros at moving. We'll see if the Bentonville thing works out and we'll be closer to ya!
